RPC United Advisors was formed out of a partnership between Real Property Capital, Inc. and Urigroup. We believe that our combined qualifications of commercial real estate mortgage banking from Real Property Capital, and development and construction consulting, along with municipal financial advisory from Urigroup, offers our clients a unique value proposition to position our clients to fulfill their real estate endeavors and ultimately grow their business.
The RPC team brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate development and finance. Since 2010, the team collectively has closed over 200 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion. Our clients include individuals, trusts, non-profit organizations, corporations, real estate investment trusts, institutional owners, public authorities and municipalities.
